Job Description

Andes Hosted Events

I was responsible for organizing Andes seminars and webinars, playing a key role in planning and executing large-scale industry events. Notably, I successfully managed the 2023 RISC-V CON annual seminar, which attracted 600 participants, and secured 12 sponsors for the 2024 seminar.

My responsibilities included developing event strategies, coordinating agendas, securing venues and speakers, executing promotional campaigns, and maximizing audience engagement. During events, I oversaw booth setups, coordinated with exhibitors, and ensured smooth event operations. As the sole Marcom representative managing these events, I traveled to Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Tokyo to supervise on-site execution, troubleshoot issues in real time, and serve as the emcee when needed.

Post-event, I analyzed survey results, compiled registration data, and prepared comprehensive reports to assess event effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. My role required strong project management skills, problem-solving abilities, and the agility to adapt to dynamic event environments.
